The daily backups for the cPanel and DirectAdmin accounts are kept for at least 7 days on servers separate from the hosting ones.
Access to the backup made with JetBackUp is done from the cPanel or DirectAdmin account and offers restoration options for:
Account files
Database
Cronjobs
Recommendation: Before any modification/update that may affect the functions of your site (code modification or database modification) it is recommended to create a backup on your local computer (for your safety) using the Backup function in your cPanel/DirectAdmin account. Also, for data protection, users are urged to periodically make backup copies of the entire hosting account and save them on their own devices.
