Payment with the credit/debit card is made using the MobilPay payment processor.
1. After choosing products in the cart and authenticating or adding personal details to your order, choose the "Debit or Credit Card" option on the payment method.
2. You will be redirected to a secure pop-up (with the address https://secure.mobilpay.ro) in which you will enter: Card Number, Card Holder Name (as shown on your card), Expiry Date and CVV number.
3. If your card has 3D Secure service activated you will be redirected to the card issuer's bank page to perform the secure 3D pin / password verification.
4. You will be redirected back to speedhub.eu and will display the following message:
Order confirmation
Thank you for your order. You will receive a confirmation message shortly.
Your order number is: XXXXXXXXXX
If you have any questions about the order, open a notification from the support portal, mentioning the order number.
* Confirmation of payment with credit/debit card to speedhub.eu may take a few minutes depending on the relationship between your card issuing bank and the Mobilpay payment processor between 1 minutes and 10 minutes - Please give this delay before opening a support ticket.
** If you encounter card payment errors, make sure that you have sufficient funds and that payments are not capped, or contact a money representative who emails your card to check for the failed transaction.
